What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) strategy, policies, and procedures
- Monitor and consult with management to ensure compliance with CRA goals
- Provide analytics, recommend adjustments, and document activity
- Collaborate with bank areas to achieve CRA goals
- Maintain documentation and scorecards of CRA activity

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field OR equivalent experience in lending or risk and/or compliance
- 8+ years of experience in lending or risk and/or compliance
- Strong understanding of compliance requirements and risk management concepts
- Excellent communication and analytical skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in community development or banking services
- Knowledge of Fair and Responsible Banking regulations
