      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Assist with the development of diversity and inclusion initiatives, both internally and externally
      - Provide project management support, including research and analysis
      - Conduct data analysis and research to develop diversity resources
      - Support the creation of presentations and content related to diversity and inclusion
      - Assist with logistics for diversity and inclusion events
      - Develop creative and content for internal and external communications
      - Collect and compile resources for programming in development

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - Must be currently enrolled as a junior, senior, or graduate student in a full-time undergraduate or master's program
      - Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills (written and oral)
      - Passionate about equity, inclusion, and social impact in sports, marketing, and entertainment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

      - Previous experience or knowledge in sports, entertainment, or marketing industries
      - Familiarity with digital management and marketing strategies
