      Fall 2024 - Software, Automation, Applications & Data Systems Intern in GAC Savannah


      Unique Skills:

      This is for an in person internship from August/September - December 2024. Must be able to work in person 40 hours a weeks for at least 14 weeks.

      This position will be posted until 3/31/2024, and interviews will be from April - June 2024.

      Engineering intern students at Gulfstream Aerospace in Innovation, Engineering and Flight are considered to be an integral part of the Engineering staff, and as such, are provided with tasks that are both technically challenging and educationally stimulating.

      We are looking for all levels of educational experience, from undergrad, masters and PHD candidates who are seeking professional experience in an engineering environment.

      Education and Experience Requirements:

      1. Must be actively pursuing bachelors degree and above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related degree.
      2. To be considered as an intern, applicants must plan to graduate from their current academic program any time on or after December2024 or have plan to continue their education in the Spring 2025 (ie. bachelors to masters). August 2024 graduates will not be considered and should apply to full-time positions.
      3. Minimum 3.0 cumulative gpa at the time of application is required and must be listed on the submitted resume. GPA must remain above a 3.0 through the Summer semester for Fall 2024 internship.. Transcripts will be checked and we do not average transfer credits from one institution to another.
        1. If you are a freshman, please list your high school gpa.
      4. Ability to convey technical concepts in both written and verbal formats
      5. Strong interpersonal skills
      6. Display maturity and a high level of professionalism
      7. Proven leadership skills on-campus or in a previous work atmosphere
      8. Previous internship experience a plus
      9. Must have reliable transportation to and from work for the duration of the internship
      10. Must be available to work full time 40 hours a week in person during the months of August/September - December 2024
