A Unique Opportunity
Aspire to Baird is a virtual program targeting rising first-year MBA students who identify themselves as diverse (ex: female, LGBTQ+ and/or African American, Hispanic/Latino, Native American or Asian/Pacific Islander, etc.), though all are welcome to apply. The program will provide an overview of Baird’s Global Investment Banking platform and our summer associate internship opportunities, as well as networking opportunities with Baird bankers.Competitive candidates will be first-year MBA students beginning their MBA program in fall 2025; available for a 2026 summer associate internship at Baird; and interested in working in Milwaukee or Chicago for the duration of the internship.
