What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prioritize key account Fall Protection opportunities in the Virginia market
- Manage Fall Protection penetration within key end-user and distributor customers
- Provide Fall Protection regional training and support to internal sales teams and external customers
- Support training program development and materials with Training Managers
- Assist in the prioritization of key new Fall Protection products

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma/GED or higher and seven (7) years of Fall Protection and/or Safety industry experience, or a Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of relevant experience
- Current, valid Driver’s License
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders
- Experience with Fall Protection product categories
- Sales experience in a private, public, government, or military environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Five (5) years of sales experience
- Experience selling through Industrial and Construction Distribution
- Experience selling Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to end-user companies
- Safety Industry experience
- Ability to navigate uneven surfaces
