What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Update tracking spreadsheets and tally requirements
- Deliver paperwork for St. Mary’s Parking
- Deliver packages and snacks to inpatient services at hospitals and in resident lounge
- Send maintenance and housekeeping requests
- Printing labels and mailing packages
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Pursuing a Degree in any major
- Prior experience working in an office or administrative setting is helpful
- Ability to work in-person at a designated campus location
- Strong organizational skills
- Detail-oriented
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in an office or administrative role
