      Position Summary:
      Greenbrier Care / Greenbrier Clinic is seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive, evidence-based care to patients of all ages, working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to promote wellness and manage acute and chronic conditions.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Conduct physical exams, diagnose and treat illnesses, order and interpret diagnostic tests
      • Develop and manage treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions
      • Educate patients and families on preventive health measures and treatment options
      • Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state and federal regulations
      • Maintain accurate and timely patient records using EMR systems
      • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care

      Qualifications:

      • Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in West Virginia
      • Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) by AANP or ANCC
      • Minimum of 2 years of experience
      • CPR/BLS and ACLS certification required
      • Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills
      • Commitment to providing patient-focused, culturally competent care
