- Takes ownership of implementation post mandate by working with clients and sales to scope project and manage kickoff call held with client.
- Establish project timeline, milestones and key deliverables ensuring client and internal stakeholder communication is exceptional.
- Facilitate project calls via WebEx and providing timely responses / minutes to clients.
- Provide technical support and training to client and key stakeholders where required.
- Provide coordinated handoff to PBFO services partner upon completion of the implementation.
- Provide support and guidance from an implementation and solution perspective, where required/requested, to front line units to assist in acquisition efforts.
- Ensure that implementation projects are delivered in accordance to procedures and expected timeframes to meet or exceed client expectations.
- Deliver continuous improvements and ensure all digital engagement tools used to ensure overall client implementation experience is white-glove and differentiated.
- Presentable, confident and client focused. Client facing experience or ability to conduct discussions with Clients in a confident manner.
- Excellent communications skills and ability to develop and manage a project work plan and exceed Client expectations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure in a team environment.
- Ability to liaise with all levels of the firm and people with different experiences and backgrounds.
- Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised. Candidate will be able to manage own time and know when to escalate.
- Understanding of Investment Management, UHNW and Family Office space.
- Effective listening to demonstrate understanding, and ability to communicate with presence, clarity and conviction.
- Highly organized with ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent ability to work in team environment, both within the Private Bank and across the Bank of America franchise.

Family Officer Implementation Specialist, New York City or Dallas -
The Family Office Implementation Specialist sits within the PBFO solutions group and principally coordinates the onboarding of clients to family office solutions including data aggregation, bill pay and accounting. The role will lead and facilitate project/implementation calls with Clients, client teams, third party vendors and investment management firms. The successful candidate will need to understand platform architecture and how our systems interact. This role offers a high level of visibility as you’ll work in conjunction with a number of other internal teams to provide seamless delivery to, and build relationships with, a variety of client stakeholders. Responsible for building and managing client and business partner relationships while delivering a differentiated, white-glove client experience.
