      Marathon Health is seeking a full-time Family Physician to support Pipefitter's Local 597 from its on-site employer-sponsored health and wellness center in Mokena, IL.

      You’ll treat individuals and families (ages 2+) in a healthcare setting that values quality of care, longer appointment times, and a more relaxed daily rhythm ― all so you can build and grow trusted relationships with your patients and help them reach their wellness goals.

      Role highlights include:

      • 40 hour per week position ― no on-call or weekends required!
      • $30,000 sign-on bonus available!
      • Hours: Mon 10am-1pm, Tues & Weds 8am-5pm, Thurs 8am-7pm, Fri 8am-3pm

      Responsibilities

      As a Family Physician at Marathon Health, you’ll deliver primary care services, conduct onsite health risk assessments, provide wellness education, support individual lifestyle changes, and help individuals manage chronic conditions.

      In addition to patient-care responsibilities, you’ll also be expected to build trusted relationships with the center’s staff, and you may be responsible for providing clinical leadership, assisting with training, and overseeing the quality of care at your health center.

      Qualifications

      • Unrestricted medical license required
      • Board Certified or Board Eligible
      • Must have primary care/family practice experience
      • Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience required
