What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the first point of contact for families referred to the program, completing initial screenings to determine eligibility for services
- Build and maintain relationships with community referral sources through ongoing outreach
- Coordinate parent groups and support groups within the community
- Maintain required documentation and assist with preparation of statistical reports
- Collect data for compliance with funding sources and conduct chart reviews

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- Effective communication skills in written, verbal, in-person, and virtual formats
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of social and emotional development for children ages birth to five
- Knowledge of appropriate developmental milestones for children ages birth to five

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Infant Mental Health Endorsement preferred
