      $500 SIGN-ON BONUS!* Family Service Coordinator for Birth to 5 - New Castle County, DE

      KenCrest is seeking a Family Service Coordinator to join our Delaware team in New Castle County! This position will provide Service Coordination for children aged birth to 3-years old who qualify for Early Intervention Services following the State of Delaware's Early Intervention Guidelines, supporting families in the home and community setting. As a Family Service Coordinator with KenCrest, you will ensure the coordination of high-quality services and supports for children and their parents/caregivers. You will serve as the single point of contact in supporting parents/caregivers to understand and obtain early intervention services for their child. You will work in the home and community setting of the family and primarily tele-work from a home office. There will be hoteling space at the office when needed, and KenCrest will supply the required technology. Our team feels a deep sense of purpose and connection as we work together to coordinate services and supports for children and their parents/caregivers in the community.

      What You’ll Need for Success in this Role

      • Bachelor's degree or higher but the degree can be in Psychology, Human Services, Social Work, Behavioral Health or similar.
      • Experience providing Early Childhood Services with infants, toddlers, and their families
      • Experience with home visits or case management
