What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide person-centered assistance to clients in developing life skills and personal goals, both individually and in groups
- Coordinate client care by collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to maintain essential clinical records
- Teach and train clients in activities of daily living while adhering to clinical documentation requirements
- Connect clients with appropriate community support systems after evaluation and assessment
- Provide telephone and on-site crisis intervention and follow-up support to clients and their families

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required; an associate degree with relevant experience and proof of ongoing enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program may be accepted
- Minimum of two years of professional experience working directly with youth and families in relevant settings
- Effective communication skills in written, verbal, and virtual formats
- Strong customer service and time management skills
- Knowledge of community resources and analytical skills

- Experience in child welfare, school, childcare, or criminal justice behavioral health settings
