- Position requires some evening hours, but schedule is very flexible.
- Small caseloads and reasonable productivity requirements
- Ability to work from home when not in the community; laptop and other equipment provided.
- Training and supervision towards professional counselor and MFT licensure provided.
- Applicants must possess a masters or Doctoral degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or other human services field that qualifies for clinical licensure in the State of Delaware, including Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health (LPCMH), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Psychologist.
- Valid driver's license with clean MVR (motor vehicle record)
- Pass criminal background check.
- Two years’ experience working with children and families preferred but not required.

Summary of Position:
Masters Level Family Therapists work with a co-therapist to provide community-based therapeutic, case management, and crisis services to youth and families in our Sussex County Family-Based Mental Health Program. Services aim to prevent out-of-home placement for at-risk youth through the evidence-based, Eco-Systemic Structural Family Therapy model and are delivered in the community, school, or home, and via telehealth if appropriate.
