What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage fan data sharing partner relationships and solutions development
- Execute shared email marketing campaigns and support Center of Excellence processes
- Integrate metrics dashboards into business processes and storytelling
- Develop and implement data-driven fan engagement programs
- Monitor program performance against KPIs and implement corrective actions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing, Data Analytics, or Fan Engagement roles
- Strong understanding of data management principles
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations and compliance requirements
