      The Role

      The Fashion Coordinator is a vital member of the Global Fashion Network. They are responsible for providing support for all fashion content across all platforms and market related projects. They work closely with the Deputy Director in coordinating fashion coverage, collating fashion market research, organizing data, preparing trend/brand research and working to ensure the smooth running of the fashion team.

      A central task will be supporting the management of the European and Global Fashion Network, on local and global shoot priorities. Knowledge of designers, PRs, brands and the international fashion weeks’ structure and related calendar is a real advantage. They must have experience and the professionalism required to appropriately participate and represent Vogue in editorial meetings, brand discussions, showroom appointments, store pulls and press days.

      What will you be doing?

      • Creation of global and local shoot boards

      • Tracking of designers for both global and local shoots

      • Liasoning with GFN markets on global projects

      • Coordination of office needs - management of daily schedule, logistics, expenses, travel and team appointments

      • Representation at industry events, market appointments

      • Provide logistical support - packing of trunks, messengers, carnets

      • Support to other brands within the GFN when needed

      • Assist in the planning of seasonal trend reports, manage upkeep of the fashion runway server, track shoot prep, briefs and credits.

      • Manage the fashion shows schedule, overseen by the Deputy Director, GFN

      Who you are:

      • Existing relationships with key fashion brand PR representatives

      • Knowledge of of fashion industry, designers, brands as well as culture at large

      • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

      • Works collaboratively

      • Extremely organized, detail oriented, problem solver

      • Excellent communication skills and positive mindset

      Where will you be?

      • We encourage hybrid working but when you are in the office, this role will be primarily based in our iconic Vogue House building, situated in the heart of Mayfair. This is where our award-winning Editorial and Content teams sit.
