  • Job Description

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Ensuring FX/Commodity Trades Confirmation as per the cut-off timings
      • Monitoring daily FX receipts, following up with counterparty banks to ensure funds are in.
      • Deliver all the FX/Commodity month end activities on time.
      • Perform hedge loan reconciliation and facilitate Commodity long forms approval
      • Ensure accurate and timely confirmation and settlement of all the FX/Commodity transactions.
      • Coordinate with Front Office, counterparties and cash team to swiftly resolve any discrepancies.
      • Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation for all transactions to comply with internal policies.

      Scope:

      All regions of Ford Auto and Ford Credit

      Complexity:

      Use of IT applications – WS Suite

      Time Management:

      Keen sense of time management since all activities are vital & critical in nature

      Supervisory Role:

      Role is of an Individual Contributor.

      Responsibilities

      Qualification:

      • Bachelors in Business Administration, Bachelors in Commerce / MBA in Finance
      • Experience with Treasury Management Systems and financial software.
      • Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills. Should be good in MS-excel.
