What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define and execute the commercial strategy for the Portals business within the Financial Crimes Compliance division
- Educate and motivate internal sales teams on key aspects of FCC Online solutions
- Conduct research and planning to develop product strategies and roadmaps that meet customer needs
- Collaborate with Marketing and Professional Services to enhance market presence and drive qualified leads
- Provide insights on market trends, competitive intelligence, and regulatory developments to inform strategy
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of five years of experience in conducting complex investigations related to FinCEN and FFIEC guidance, and BSA compliance
- Proven cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed organization
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex concepts into actionable insights
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, along with business acumen and strategic planning capabilities
- Domain expertise in the Financial Crimes Compliance space
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with AI/Machine Learning concepts and their application in business processes
- Proven experience in managing complex agendas and projects
