      Structured hybrid role:
      At Barclays, we offer a hybrid working experience that blends the positives of working alongside colleagues at our onsite locations, together with working from home. We have a structured approach where colleagues work at an onsite location on fixed, ‘anchor’, days of the week, for a minimum of two days a week or more, as set by the business area (or nearest equivalent if working part-time hours). Please note that as we continue to embed our hybrid working environment, we remain in a test and learn phase, which means that working arrangements may be subject to change on reasonable notice to ensure we meet the needs of our business.


      Introduction:
      o To manage a large and diverse team of Screening Analysts working towards pre-defined targets
      o Manage day-to-day activities of the team and ensure compliance to procedures and policy guidelines, encourage and motivate advisors, develop agent skill sets and manage personal development goals for the agents.
      o Assist the AVP in the maintenance of Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators through effective team leadership.

      What will you be doing?
      o Check and allocate all new urgent requests
      o Daily buzz discuss previous day recognise high performers and set target for the current day
      o Continue to monitor workflow and urgent requests and reallocate cases accordingly
      o Ensure all one to ones are completed on a monthly basis
      o Promote Lean and CI
      o Ensure all LMS is completed and exceptions raised within a timely manner
      o Review Blueworks/ procedures to align with any changes/ required updates
      o Risk- Raising case review in an event of complaint or risk event
      o Plan following weeks work based on resource available and WIP

      What we’re looking for:
      o Team handling/Leadership experience
      • In-depth knowledge in Know Your Customer (KYC) process including ability to perform On boarding /refresh / remediation, across Low, and medium risk client categories
      o Expert working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Access and Power Point skills
      o Graduate in any discipline
      o Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      o Graduate / Post Graduate.


      Skills that will help you in the role:
      o 2-3 years of Team handling experience
      o Experience of working in BPO/KPO, experience in KYC/SANCTIONS/ADVERSE MEDIA SCREENING
      o Familiarity with procedures, policies, products and services of a financial organisation
      o Demonstrate experience of workflow / queues management and people leadership (preferred)
      o Excellent track record during past work experience
