      Bessemer Trust is actively recruiting for a Fee Operations Analyst to join the Fee Operations Team. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with a dedicated team to ensure the smooth operation of the fee lifecycle (serving over 50,000 client accounts). The lifecycle encompasses all stages, from initial implementation through ongoing maintenance to offboarding upon closure.       Primary Responsibilities:

      • Work in a fast-paced environment as required to meet deadlines and obtain knowledge of the firm’s complex/customized fees, various systems and applications
      • Research, analyze, and implement fee structures for new accounts
      • Perform fee related changes for all existing accounts
      • Process closing account requests including the calculation and processing of final fees
      • Implement non-standard fees approved by senior management
      • Reconcile daily transactions and process account clearing entries
      • File client account documentation on Bessemer’s electronic storage application (Dorado)
      • Work closely with Client Advisory on fee analyses, complex fee matters, and overall client needs
      • Perform testing of periodic software upgrades to ensure all system functions remain operational
      • Assist with projects that improve data, processes, or user experience to increase efficiency and reduce errors upon request

      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s Degree required
      • 1-2 years of corporate experience, minimum
      • Microsoft Office Excel – intermediate skillset is required
      • FIS Global Plus, Appway, PL/SQL experience is a plus
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to be clear and concise
      • Effective organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and evolving policies with accuracy and efficiency
      • Detail-oriented, innovative thinker, and self-starter
      • Research and analytical skills
