Job Description

- Are available to work full time hours
- Are available to work overtime (including weekends as needed)
- Are able to pass a drug test and health physical
- Are able to do heavy lifting, loading and bending (50-100 pounds)
- Have experience working in agriculture and enjoy being a key player in the industry
- Have good time management skills
- Have good oral and written communication skills
- Have good math skills
- Are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Are comfortable working in adverse conditions (hot in the summer, cold in the winter)
- A high school diploma
- Mechanical ability (helpful)
- An ability to cross train across the mill and accept other duties as assigned

Objective:
In this Union labor position, employees will be expected to load and unload products, bag finished feed, maintain a clean and safe working environment and cross train across the mill as other duties are assigned. All Feed Mill duties should be performed in accordance with company policies. This position requires membership in the Union within 60 days of employment.
