What you’ll achieve
As a Fellow - Embedded Engineering on the CSG CTO Advanced Architectures team, you’ll gain experience as a Fellow-level leader with strong data science skills to develop and deliver enterprise-grade Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) solutions across the Dell Technologies portfolio, inclusive of client devices and peripherals. In this role, you will be responsible for working globally across Dell Technologies with other technologists, architects, experienced design engineers, product marketing, and software engineers to train and deploy AI-enabled solutions for millions of end users and internal stakeholders.

You will:

• Develop and drive an AI/ML strategy applicable across Dell Technologies portfolio, client, edge, and cloud, leveraging a strong background in client devices and ecosystems as well as drive application of strategy across Dell Technologies working globally with DT organizations and partners and communicate strategy across organizations, synthesizing business opportunities and identifying points of leverage for AI / ML solutions
• Work with Executives across organizations to synthesize business questions and translate them into end-to-end solutions inclusive of client solutions as well as work with external partners to evaluate and incorporate next-generation AI technologies across the portfolio
• Collaborate across Dell Technologies, ensuring the availability of infrastructure and services to support the development of AI / ML solutions
• Deliver AI-enabled solutions, working with marketing and engineering teams to define, plan, and develop the AI-enabled capability for Dell Technologies customers
• Contribute to AI/ML industry trends and developments in academia with a client lens, through innovative thinking, speaking engagements, and active participation

Essential Requirements:

• Master's degree or higher in AI/ML, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or other Engineering & Scientific fields with a significant quantitative component; Bachelors + 18 years, MS + 14 years, Ph.D. + 11 years minimum
• Deep expert in developing for Microsoft Windows and real-time operating system environments with awareness of nuances and caveats of the PC
• Expert-level knowledge of AI/ML optimization techniques for delivering models and algorithms into resource-constrained environments with the ability to generate intellectual property in this area including knowledge of a variety of modeling techniques across AI/DL/RL, traditional Machine Learning, and statistical modeling
• Experienced communicator with established connections to major PC silicon vendor partners and original device manufacturers; Responsible for public speaking at corporate events, conventions, and partner engagements
• Superior communication skills with the ability to explain difficult analytical methods to technical and business stakeholders, including the C-suite

Desirable Requirements:

• Experience working across large organizations and large partners (such as hyperscale companies, large silicon vendors, and device manufacturers), guiding teams across multiple programs and establishing international connections with the ability to travel
• Expert-level knowledge across one or more AI / ML domains and experience with graphics processing unit and/or neural processing unit silicon design
