      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide office coordination and supervision of daily operations for the Division of Medical Oncology
      - Coordinate and support the Medical Oncology Fellowship Program
      - Maintain payroll and records for staff
      - Oversee coordination and production of clinical activities
      - Develop and maintain complex filing systems

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent and four years of related experience
      - Certification with Training Administrators of Graduate Medical Education (TAGME) preferred
      - Supervisory experience preferred
      - Bachelor's degree preferred and can substitute for required experience
      - Strong organizational and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a healthcare setting
      - Previous experience with Training Administrators of Graduate Medical Education (TAGME) certification
