- Coordinates the administrative functions of the department’s fellowship and/or residency program(s), including the recruitment of applicants, orientation, credentialing, documentation and evaluation.
- Coordinates the administrative functions of Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs. Gathers and facilitates information for continued accreditation. May work with internal and external marketing entities to promote CME activities.
- Maintains fellowship program compliance. Tracks compliance, generates reports on duty hours, online courses and other mandates. Monitors and secures completion of evaluations. Corresponds directly with regulatory agencies.
- Coordinates and participates in site visits and audits. Ensures readiness and compliance. Addresses and resolves issues uncovered during visit/audit.
- Prepares, maintains and/or distributes rotation and on-call schedules for fellows, attendings, medical residents and/or students as needed.
- Oversees the collection of annual credentialing and re-credentialing materials for all fellows.
- Maintains the fellowship portion of the department’s website, if applicable.

Approximately 2-4 years of GME or related experience in an academic/medical environment.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Suite and database applications.
