      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide professional support for the Public Assistance Division and assist with program delivery and project worksheet development
      - Analyze and resolve a variety of grants administration issues and problems
      - Ensure excellent customer service and support for partner agencies
      - Maintain communication and focus on optimizing procedures and tracking project cases
      - Measure performance using key metrics and keep the management team informed on issues and resolutions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 2+ years of FEMA, State or Local Public Assistance experience in disaster recovery operations
      - At least 2+ years of experience analyzing FEMA project worksheets
      - Must be able and willing to travel as required for project work
      - Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check
      - Proficiency in Microsoft software applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree
      - Knowledge of analytical and evaluative techniques related to grants administration
      - Proven experience in addressing strategic issues in disaster recovery operations
      - Familiarity with FEMA Public Assistance policy and guidance
      - Experience in various types of construction
