Job Description
The Female Mentorship Program at Roland Berger Nordics is a fantastic opportunity to gain insight into a career within consulting. By participating, you'll be connected to a female consultant who is passionate about sharing their knowledge and supporting your journey. You will receive guidance through 1:1 meetings with your mentor and broaden your network by meeting other female consultants as well as other program participants.
Qualifications
To qualify for this Mentorship Program you are a female student interested in exploring a career within consulting. You are ideally in your third or fourth year of university studies. You can commit to the full length of the program, which will run from September- December 2025, including approximately one session per month. The program will conclude with a closing event at our office in Stockholm.
Fluency in a Scandinavian language as well as English is required.
