      $3,000 sign-on bonus

      Additional $2,000/yr for bilingual

      Responsibilities

      • As a Therapeutic Mentor you will offer one-on-one strengths based support to youth in their community.
      • As a Therapeutic Training & Support counselor, you will work in collaboration with a Masters level clinician to provide In Home Therapy services in the family’s home.
      • You will have the opportunity to provide skills-based interventions directly to youth as well as act as a liaison to other providers working with the youth and family.

      Qualifications

      • BA/BS/BSW degree in psychology/social work or other human service degree required.
      • At least two years of experience working with youth and families preferred.
      • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
      • Strong knowledge in child/youth mental health, family systems theory/practice, behavior management and practical experience with youth and families preferred.
      • Bilingual (English/Spanish) and/or bi-cultural background and/or skills preferable.
