What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Receive, investigate, and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
- Handle customer service inquiries and problems via various channels
- Document all customer communication clearly
- Educate callers to ensure resolution on the first contact
- Participate in mandatory training and adhere to assigned schedules
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in a customer service support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
