Job Description
- Req#: 83790
- Perform tasks associated with the electronic upgrade and splicing of cable
- Test, activate, and troubleshoot equipment after installation
- Complete daily production reports, mark-up maps, complete "as-built maps", and track daily production
- Reconcile all issued parts and materials on a daily basis to ensure accurate material usage counts.
- You will frequently work independently
- Perform other splicing related duties as assigned
- Minimum 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the United States for this company without sponsorship
- Valid standard driver's license required
- Must live within 60 miles of Charlotte, NC
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (over-time, after hours, weekends)
- Focused and driven individual who can perform difficult manual labor tasks in adverse conditions
- Ability to stand, crouch, sit, bend, balance, climb, crawl, lift, hold, or stoop while on shift
- Able to lift, climb, and carry weight of up to 80lbs
- Compensation: $18-24/hr (based on experience)
