- Coordinate with contract crews and Client's staff to manage fiber optic and pole replacement projects.
- Monitor underground installations and authorize appropriate invoicing methods.
- Track construction progress and quality, reporting to Client Corporate.
- Forecast workloads, assign crews, and manage material logistics.
- Generate and maintain project tracking reports and spreadsheets.
- Travel extensively (90%+), with regular overnight stays and periodic visits to HQ.
- Field experience in fiber optics or utility distribution.
- Familiarity with Power or similar utility environments.
- Primarily field-based with occasional corporate meetings.
- Weekly hours may vary, averaging up to 40 hours.
- Willingness to work extended hours if necessary

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00/hr.
