What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Set up and monitor critical dates and deadlines for assigned account relationships
- Maintain imaged files and input data into the CRM system
- Prepare documentation for account maintenance and transaction processing
- Communicate with clients and advisors on transactional issues
- Coordinate appointments and compliance material for client meetings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years of financial services, banking, or law firm experience
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency with Microsoft 0365 products and applications
- Ability to travel to other bank locations as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree with a focus in business or related field
- Experience with Trust Accounting Systems
- History of academic and/or professional success
- Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and applications
- Strong interpersonal skills and a solutions-focused approach
