What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform general office administrative duties within a fiduciary environment
- Complete monthly Regulation 9 account reviews for officer approval
- Prepare Trust Committee document packages and maintain Trust Department forms
- Execute securities trades and coordinate client investment reviews
- Conduct polished, professional interactions with fiduciary clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/work experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills for reviewing personal financial statements and tax returns
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Exceptional customer service and decision-making skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a fiduciary or financial services role
- Familiarity with financial software and operating systems
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on documentation accuracy
