What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical and application assistance to customers, including education, training, and on-site visits
- Support the commercial field sales team in promoting the newest Orbitrap technology
- Conduct technical seminars and presentations for existing and potential customers
- Assist in developing content for company-hosted websites, videos, and applications reports
- Deepen customer relationships with key scientific and educational leaders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of related experience with a master's degree or 2+ years of related experience with a PhD
- 3+ years of hands-on LCMS experience
- Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative proteomics LCMS workflows and sample preparation techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 75%
