Our customers are leading hospitals and private laboratories in Belgium. Ideally you have at least 2 years of experience working within a fully automated lab using the analyzers and/or pre-post analyzers and you have a basic knowledge and/or strong affinity for Lab IT solutions (middleware, LIS) .
You are a true team worker with a passion for serving customers with new implementations. You enjoy working in a team that has a strong motivation for customer satisfaction and team collaboration. You will team up with a large group of experts active in sales, marketing and technical service, locally and internationally.
In this role, you will be working in a very flexible way as you will be travelling within our country up to over 70 to 80% of your time with our Belgian customers. Your workplace is flexible, you can combine working at customer sites with some homework, or meeting your colleagues in our offices in Diegem. You ensure a correct implementation of our Roche core lab solutions, including mainly our chemistry & immunology systems, pre-post analytical systems and all relevant software solutions. You support the implementation according to customer expectations and our internal processes.
You act as responsible for the preparation & follow-up of your projects that you will be responsible for.
You support our sales and marketing colleagues on the advertising of our core lab solutions at the customer sites by understanding and translating the features and benefits
You build strong customer relationships by providing coaching and training (in our RDB training centre, remote or at the customer site)
You coach our customers and users during the change management process.
You hold a Bachelor degree in Medical Laboratory Technology and a strong motivation in IT middleware
You are eager to be part of projects involving implementation, training and problem solving of our Roche core lab solutions.
You feel comfortable to train a small or a mid-size audience. Transferring your knowledge about total lab automation is energising you.
You are at ease with verbal and written communication in multiple languages, where Dutch is your native language with a good knowledge of English. French can be a strong asset.
You have a flexible mindset and you are able to set your priorities according to your customers’ needs. This also means that you have a great ability to actively listen in order to meet your customers’ expectations.
You have a sense of responsibility in order to achieve the company's objectives, while respecting its vision and values.
