What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver product training to customers on equipment use and monitor installations for performance
- Assist in product technical training for internal sales teams and distributors
- Provide post-training support to help customers go live with products
- Answer technical questions and assist customers in interpreting test results
- Conduct wellness checks and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or Medical Laboratory Science
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in customer support or hands-on instrumentation use
- Ability to read and follow company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written, and oral communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Clinical laboratory or diagnostic industry experience
- Ability to empathize with customers and understand their needs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience working independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Flexibility to accommodate customer schedules
