What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to Application Specialists
- Conduct training in safety, repair, or maintenance techniques
- Update and maintain onboarding and training programs for Application Specialists
- Travel with team members to provide coaching and professional development
- Recruit, mentor, and train Application Specialists to meet technical and performance standards

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS in Life Sciences or equivalent
- 3-5 years’ experience in field technical support
- Understanding of Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Histology marketplace
- 2-3 years of technical management experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a related discipline such as healthcare services
- Customer service experience in a healthcare-related service
