- Competitive remuneration $106,000-115,000 per annum

- Create work-bank plans to support the delivery of KPIs in Asset Management and Business Plans
- Creation of the maintenance and renewals service requests and work orders and ensuring correct priorities are assigned for these.
- Deliver the inspection work bank.
- Provide expert technical advice to achieve best practice and adherence to code requirements.
- Interface with third parties including customers private siding customers, internal and external stakeholders, RCA and other contractors.
- Carry out engineering inspections for Kiwi Rail yards and private sidings.
- A tertiary qualification in engineering.
- Demonstrable experience working in the Rail Industry, Infrastructure or Service Organisation - job planning, estimating and project management including cost control and managing job timelines.
- Experience with asset management systems is a pre-requisite, along with knowledge of best practice asset management principles.
- You will also possess excellent communication skills and be computer literate - knowledge of Maximo is a definite advantage.

Other duties are carrying out engineering inspections and site audits to ensure the asset condition meets code requirements and the Maximo system contains correct, complete, and up-to-date information.
