What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify innovative strategies to enroll patients into the healthcare program
- Develop relationships with healthcare personnel, patients, physicians, and community organizations
- Coordinate meetings and deliver presentations on healthcare services
- Create outreach strategies to maximize patient awareness and registration
- Utilize reporting and dashboards to prioritize outreach efforts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma / GED
- 2+ years of experience in sales, direct marketing, or customer service
- Experience interpreting and analyzing data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Access to reliable transportation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree or higher
- 2+ years of experience in a medical/healthcare sales or customer service role
- Provider engagement experience
- Experience with Salesforce or EMR platforms
- Bilingual: English, Spanish, or Mandarin
