Anticipate data centre infrastructure needs years ahead and position solutions within strategic expansion plans
Create tailored solutions balancing reliability, efficiency, and sustainability requirements for critical operations
Engage as trusted advisor rather than vendor, establishing genuine thought leadership with technical teams
Manage complex bids and contract negotiations through to successful closure for high-value projects
Develop compelling business cases demonstrating operational and financial benefits through sophisticated ROI analysis
Coordinate solutions across international locations with diverse regulatory and operational requirements
Revenue & margin targets (40%+ order rate on qualified opportunities)
Strategic account penetration across multiple divisions/locations within data centre organizations
Solution complexity and technical value creation demonstrating innovation and expertise
Accurate long-term pipeline development and forecast quality across extended cycles
Profitable contract terms securing sustainable long-term revenue streams
Customer satisfaction metrics reflecting trusted advisor status
Proven track record in complex B2B technical solution sales, consistently meeting/exceeding targets (3+ years)
Experience managing extended sales cycles (6+ months) with multiple stakeholders across decision levels
Success building C-suite and technical decision-maker relationships in technology environments
Background in data centres, critical infrastructure i.e UPS
Demonstrated ability to align technical solutions with clients' long-term strategic roadmaps
Deep knowledge of data centre power, cooling, and backup systems with tier classifications preferable
Driven - Consistently hunts for new business with unwavering focus, pushes through obstacles to achieve ambitious targets, never settles for the status quo
Resilient - Bounces back quickly from rejection, stays calm when facing challenges, and maintains a positive attitude even during tough situations
Curious - Asks smart questions to uncover what clients really need, finds creative solutions others miss, and constantly learns about markets and products
Disciplined - Follows through on promises with careful attention to detail, uses CRM systems properly to track opportunities, and organizes time and resources strategically

We are recruiting for a Field-based sales professional specializing in complex, engineered solutions for sustained power, heating & cooling needs across the data centres sector.
Detailed description: Drive significant revenue growth through consultative selling of complex technical solutions to data centre customers. Responsible for deep technical discovery, collaborative solution development, and building multi-level stakeholder relationships over extended sales cycles (6-36 months). Manage intricate proposals and contracts while maintaining accurate long-range pipeline forecasts in this highly technical and mission-critical industry.
