- Conduct field visits independently
- Provide clinical support & education to dentists in private clinics as well as might do within DSO organizations and Universities
- Develop peer-to-peer relationships with HCP’s, teaching them treatment planning and new digital workflows within our Aling Digital Platform
- Provide coaching to HCP’s to become educators to their peers
- Plans & executes interactive roundtables with customers to drive case discussion & peer-to-peer networking / learning
- Work cross-functionally to execute & coordinate Align educational programs and supports the achievement of predefined business goals
- Contribute independently. May contribute through others on key projects
- Can teach & mentor L4 & L5 clinical specialists and share experiences with others with the potential to support the business
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve business objectives for the assigned territory
- Plan visits & group sessions independently and timely based on BR’s with general supervision and alignment with the sales team.
- Recommend new approaches and seek for opportunities to enhance HCP’s learning curve and digital workflows adoption
- at least a bachelor’s degree in dentistry. Master’s degree from a four-year college or university preferred (dentistry).
- Alternatively an education as Dental Hygienist or Dental Technologist
- Typically has 4-6 years of directly related experience.
- Possess proficient negotiation, challenger approach as well as didactical/presentation and facilitator skills.
- The ability to train medical staff in using the product effectively
- native level German language skills and very good English skills

About this Opportunity
Dental Clinical Specialist is mainly responsible for clinical communication and support to external and internal customers. The process includes interaction and communication with general dentists, and treatment coordinators related to case specific issues, ClinCheck quality and troubleshooting. Focus will be on clinical support as well as troubleshooting clinical issues for customers. In addition, other duties will include support with presentation materials for sales and clinical education materials as well as day to day needs of University and research programs and other internal projects.
