- Lead and support local and national cadaver labs to train surgeons on the safe and effective use of products
Conduct product presentations and cadaveric demonstrations during surgeon visits to company headquarters
Collaborate with residency and fellowship programs to support medical education initiatives, including cadaver labs and journal clubs
Attend national, regional, and local conferences and industry events to support product exhibits and educate surgeon end-users
Generate and track new surgeon sales leads; collaborate with sales agents and managers for follow-up and conversion
Deliver compelling clinical and technical presentations that demonstrate how Medline products address customer needs and can be successfully integrated
Support sales representatives by answering product questions, delivering in-depth demonstrations, and providing technical guidance via email, phone, or in-person visits
Conduct in-services and technical training for clients; troubleshoot complaints and assist in diagnosing issues (e.g., educational gaps vs. product concerns)
Serve as an internal product expert, contributing to the development of educational materials, technical presentations, and product strategy
Foster relationships with key decision-makers and customer stakeholders to capture feedback and communicate customer needs to internal teams
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 2 years of experience in foot and ankle orthopedic surgery or orthopedic trauma in a sales or marketing capacity required
- Previous experience in a healthcare or clinical setting
- Excellent Organizational, Presentation, Planning, Communication, Analytical, Computer, and Follow-Up Skills
- Highly Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint required
- Ability to translate clinical and technical information into training and educational materials
- Willingness to travel up to 50%

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$85,280.00 - $123,760.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
