Job Description
- Req#: 5531
- Disconnection of gas and electric services that are in arrears
- Reconnection of electric services
- Responding to failed Remote Service Switch signals in the field
- Posting notice of disconnection at customer premise, electric meter exchanges, contact customers and property owners as necessary
- Revenue Protection, demolition checks, Fall Audit, 3001’s,
- Medical alerts, obtain positive ID, Positive ID site visits, special and final reads
- Check for electrical hazards, stolen meters, special investigations, install Fort Knox locks
- Analyze and prioritize daily work
- Daily work reports (pre job briefing)
- Stock equipment in trucks (daily)
- Applicant must have a valid driver’s license and meet the company’s requirements for driving.
We Energies, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is seeking a Field Collector-Seasonal in our Milwaukee, Wisconsin location.
Job Summary
Contact customers in the field whose gas, electric, or steam accounts are in arrears. Contact should result in disconnection of service, with the final goal being the reduction of un-collectibles.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Posting Range: $28.35
Maximum Posting Range: $30.92
The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum for the position at the time of posting and may be modified in the future. The starting salary/pay within the pay range will be based on several factors, as applicable, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, shift, travel requirements, collective bargaining agreements, and business and organizational needs.
