What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Represent the Alliances Frame Programs with program customers, aligning features and benefits with customer needs
- Manage interested Alliance members from Registered Prospect to Activating to Onboarding stages
- Train and educate member locations on effective program use and tools
- Monitor customer usage trends and grow penetration of program usage within accounts
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure account needs are met

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Deployment, training, or related experience required
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer-centric mindset
- Proven execution skills and leadership capabilities
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel up to 50% as needed

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Optical or retail experience strongly preferred
