  APM is a new property management platform for Rithm’s wholly owned subsidiary Adoor LLC’s (“Adoor”) build-to-rent and single-family rental (“SFR”) homes. The partnership will also onboard Adoor’s current SFR portfolio onto Darwin’s turnkey, technology management platform. APM will leverage Darwin’s proprietary software and end-to-end real estate platform, establishing the new venture as a leading player in the SFR industry and enabling Rithm to focus on capital allocation and strategic decision-making. Rithm’s investment and asset management capabilities, combined with Darwin’s cutting-edge technology, will position the new venture to drive improved operational efficiencies and enhance the resident experience across the portfolio while supporting Rithm’s long-term growth objectives.

  
  

  The Role

  
  

  Adoor PM is growing fast and we're looking for a highly motivated, intelligent, and passionate Field Coordinator to join our team. We’re growing fast, and growth means the challenges we’ll work on together will change as we lead Adoor PM through new and different phases. The Field Coordinator is responsible for the intake and triaging of issues, and for dispatching internal and external teams and vendors to resolve those issues. This role is perfect for a well-organized operator with experience managing the day-to-day work of field teams. This role will be based in Atlanta on a hybrid in-office/work-from-home schedule.

  What You'll Do

  • Perform triage on issues, determine the appropriate escalation, and serve as a liaison between clients, residents, and field teams/vendors
  • Utilize Zendesk and other tools to manage the intake of issue notifications
  • Prioritize resolution based on the severity of the issue, and appropriately communicate issue priority to all stakeholders
  • Ensure appropriate follow-through, updates, and resolution of all escalations
  • Collaborate with Darwin Homes shared services teams to access and dispatch Darwin field teams as needed to support APM’s portfolio
  • Build relationships with third-party vendors in markets without Darwin or APM field teams to ensure reliable and timely resolution of issues
  • Other duties as assigned

  
  

  What You'll Have

  • 2+ years of relevant property management experience
  • Familiarity with property management field operations
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with data entry
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include evenings and weekends on occasion
  • Ability to comfortably navigate new technology; competency in MS Office, Google Suites, Slack
  • Bachelors degree preferred
