      Key Details:

      • Shift: 10 days on / 4 days off (negotiable); 10-hour shifts per day
      • LOA & Travel Allowance: Provided
      • Project Type: Construction of a greenfield canola crushing and processing plant
      • Location: Regina, Saskatchewan

      Our Ideal Candidate

      Allnorth is seeking an experienced Field Coordinator Lead to support our construction projects from an administrative and coordination perspective. In this role, you will focus on managing documentation and project coordination activities—including RFIs, RFCs, and timekeeping—ensuring that all paperwork is accurate and up-to-date. You will work closely with project managers and field teams to support the smooth operation of multi-disciplinary projects without being the overall on-site leader.

      A Day in the Life

      • Process and manage RFIs, RFCs, and timekeeping records, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
      • Coordinate and update project turnover packages and quality assurance documentation using digital tools (e.g., document control software and Bluebeam).
      • Assist project managers with administrative tasks related to construction and quality management activities.
      • Monitor project documentation to ensure compliance with established protocols and assist in the preparation of status reports.
      • Collaborate with various trade supervisors to ensure that all project coordination paperwork is complete and aligned with construction milestones.

      What You’ll Bring to the Team

      • Solid experience in project coordination or administrative roles within construction or industrial projects.
      • Familiarity with processing RFIs, RFCs, and timekeeping systems, with a strong attention to detail.
      • Experience in managing project turnover documentation and quality assurance paperwork.
      • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and digital document control platforms (e.g., Bluebeam, Adobe Pro).
      • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively with field teams and project managers.
      • A strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
