Job Description
- Req#: 7501
- Assists with updating drawings and specifications.
- Documents field records for quality, production, labor, and materials.
- Assists with inventory and tracking time sheets, costs, and quantities.
- Prepares quantity takeoffs.
- Assists in monitoring the quality plan, including conducting quality inspections.
- Conducts basic safety inspections and training, identifies and corrects safety hazards, and leads by example in safety practices and procedures.
- Assists the project team with subtrade partner management, including managing requests for information, shop drawings, changes and billings and workforce planning
- Assists with schedules and monitoring performance.
- Develops and maintains strong relationships with all stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, construction management, architecture, trade or a related field.
- 0-1 years of progressive experience as field coordinator is preferred.
- Ability to learn and apply basic construction principles, specifications, and procedures.
- Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with stakeholders including supervisors and subtrade partners.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with a strong aptitude for adopting new technology.
