What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify key People priorities and execute action plans aligned with the National People Strategy
- Provide coaching, training, and direction to Operations
- Assist with on-boarding, exit/off-boarding, and employee documentation
- Manage recruitment, performance appraisal, benefits, and disciplinary actions
- Educate and ensure compliance with People initiatives and tools
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of Human Resources Generalist experience
- Field HR experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong coaching and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in fast food or restaurant industry HR
- Knowledge of People policies and practices
