What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate inventory strategies and engage with internal and external business partners
- Support inventory management for emergent case needs and ensure accurate inventory levels
- Collaborate with the field-based team to ensure timely product availability for customer needs
- Proactively monitor and maintain inventory levels at customer accounts
- Provide on-call support during critical business needs, including evenings and weekends
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with no experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to travel locally and support overnight travel as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with inventory management in a supply chain or distribution environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Interest in growing into clinical roles such as Clinical Specialist or Sales Rep
- Six Sigma certification (Yellow, Green, or Black Belt)
- Knowledge of supply chain regulatory requirements and experience in a regulated environment
