What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with internal and external partners to coordinate inventory strategies
- Support inventory management tasks including repositioning and cycle counts
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure optimal product availability for patient care
- Monitor inventory levels at customer accounts and educate clients on management processes
- Provide on-call support and maintain compliance with FDA regulations and internal processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with no experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing business needs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with inventory management in a supply chain or distribution environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and Salesforce
- Interest in transitioning to clinical field-based roles such as Clinical Specialist or District Manager
- Six Sigma certification (Yellow, Green, or Black Belt)
