      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Engage with internal and external partners to coordinate inventory strategies and support emergent case needs
      - Manage inventory levels at customer accounts, including conducting cycle counts and ensuring compliance with internal processes
      - Collaborate with sales and clinical teams to ensure optimal product placement and customer experience
      - Execute Phase-In and Phase-Out activities for product launches while maintaining accurate documentation
      - Provide on-call support during critical business needs, including evenings and weekends

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree required
      - Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 0 years of experience
      - Valid driver’s license with a clean record, subject to regular review for compliance
      - Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to adapt to changing business needs
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Salesforce

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with inventory management within a supply chain or distribution environment
      - High aptitude for problem-solving and troubleshooting
      - Interest in growing into a clinical field-based role such as Clinical Specialist or District Sales Manager
      - Six Sigma certification (Yellow, Green, or Black Belt)
      - Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively
