What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and support an audit process for a team of Field Inventory Control Specialists to conduct physical inventories of store merchandise
- Evaluate inventory conditions and coach Store Managers on adherence to company standards
- Produce immediate inventory results by comparing physical counts with book balances and adjusting for discrepancies
- Research and ensure accuracy of inventory results, making necessary corrections based on various reports
- Assess the execution of Shrink Standards by Store Managers, providing constructive feedback as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma
- Minimum experience: Retail Guest Service Leader, Shift Supervisor, or Keyholder
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze complicated information and exercise good judgment
- Must have a clean driving record and the ability to travel long distances

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate's degree
- Experience as a Retail Store Manager and/or in inventory auditing
- Strong team-oriented and flexible mindset
